HELP! ROACHES IN A HOUSE I RENT OUT!?
Ok, I have a rental property (mobile home) in which I have evicted the previous tenants. Long story short, we started tearing out carpet and vinyl to replace it and notices there are roaches everywhere. This home has been empty for almost 6 months now and the roaches are still there. Is there a way to eradicate these pests, I do have someone interested in renting the home but I in good conscience can not allow someone to rent a property that is infested with the nasty creatures! I just don’t understand how anyone could have lived this way! Someone please help!!!!!
my have to call a pest control, because it can be in the walls.
