Vinyl Record Art, How to cut it up?
I want to make necklace pendants out of some old records (don’t say anything about destroying something of value, I checked and they are worth next to nothing. THey have horrible music and I already asked my dad if I could but them up)
So how do I cut out little shapes.
I was thinking that I would do the same thing that people do for cuffs (heat up in oven, cut with scissors) but to get little shapes, do you think I would be able to use an exacto-knife? It would be heated up so that it would not splinter.
My question is that if you think that the knife would cut through and work well?
Also, Please mention if you have done anything like this or if you are just guessing!

I would try cutting them with the same type of tool used for cutting plexiglass or similar type of vinyl/plastic.
