How do I find friends?
I’m an 13 years old girl and I feel lonely. My problem is that I don’t fit in. I’m an oldies lover, my music taste variates from 50s to 70s (mostly rock n roll but anything good will do). I’m raised on jazz music so there is some jazz in my vinyls collection too (I prefer vinyls to cds). Other than music I love to read, write (I wanna be a writer one day), draw, watch movies (also old ones and cartoons and some good modern movies)… I’m happy with myself but I can’t find any friend. I can’t find a thing in common with most of them. I can talk with some people but we get bored soon. I want to find friends in my town (I have a best internet friend). I don’t want to change much but I don’t want to try to change them ether, everyone chooses who he/she wants to be!
Any tips in finding friends MY AGE?

I’m glad you don’t want to change.
I’d suggest joining clubs since so you already have ONE thing in common with anyone you meet there. You could join an art club, a creative writing club etc, whatever takes your fancy!
