New to Pink Floyd music?
Hey, so I’m new to Pink Floyd, I was just wondering what stuff you suggest for me, I know they have like 14 albums. I will say now I DO NOT like Dark Side Of The Moon, but I do think The Wall is pretty good. I heard almost all the vinyl at my friends house (big on classic rock) but from listening to Youtube I actually think I like the newer stuff the best. My favorites are Coming Back To Life and Hey You, so what do you think I will like out of their archive? It’s just been hit or miss so far you know?
For those who were wondering, I don’t really know why I don’t like Dark Side, there was something about it that struck the wrong chord with me personally, it’s weird, cause I like strange music haha.
Wish You Were Here is good. Great IMO. But Pink Floyd is one of my tops. Division Bell is pretty good also, the sound you’re looking for. Even Early Singles is pretty good. If your looking for a similar sound to Pink Floyd (other bands) check out Yes, ELP and Genesis. If you haven’t already. Pink Floyd is an awesome band in my opinion, but I’m deep in love with classic rock. So yeah.
I’m sad to hear you don’t like Dark Side, though.
