Collecting classic vinyl records?
What albums would you say are a necessity to add to a vinyl collection? I already have a lot of stuff by the who, led zeppelin, queen, david bowie, and some random other ones. I’m going to a new record shop this weekend that’s supposedly really awesome and I’m making a list of what I want to look for! Thanks!
Seems you like the glam rock. Look for Velvet Underground, Cockney Rebel, Iggy Pop, Rolling Stones. I went to a record shop/ barber shop in Corpus Christi, Texas one time and I found a whole box of Velvet Underground and Lou Reed albums. The old man that owned the shop sold me the whole box for like 5 dollars, and it had some rare import albums in the mix. It is so exciting to find little treasures like that. Good luck!
